Will it break or leak?
Squeeze, knead and stretch freely. Avoid sharp nails, cutting or biting, and keep it away from pets.
Why does it feel firmer in the cold?
The filling stiffens at low temperatures. Warm it in your hands for a minute and it softens right back up.
It arrived flat or squashed. Is that normal?
Yes. It ships in a sealed bag with bubble wrap. Give it a few minutes after unboxing to puff back.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
