Questions, answered
Will it break or leak?
Squeeze, knead and stretch freely. Avoid sharp nails, cutting or biting, and keep it away from pets.
Why does it feel firmer in the cold?
The filling stiffens at low temperatures. Warm it in your hands for a minute and it softens right back up.
It arrived flat or squashed. Is that normal?
Yes. It ships in a sealed bag with bubble wrap. Give it a few minutes after unboxing to puff back.
Will mine look exactly like the photos?
Each one is handmade, so color and shape may vary slightly.
Is it for kids?
Recommended for ages 14+. Contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3.
Not food. Do not eat. Ages 14+. Contains small parts.
